This stunning property enjoys a prime location in Whitstable, a delightful seaside town that offers plenty of activities for families and couples. Enjoy browsing the wealth of independent shops, and fine selection of restaurants, cafes, and pubs that are on offer or for keen walkers enjoy a bracing stroll along the coastal path that runs from Reculver to Ramsgate or head inland across for some outstanding countryside views. Visit Whitstable Castle or follow the Crab and Winkle Way from Whitstable to Canterbury or take a bike ride along the seafront to Herne Bay (5 miles). Keen water sports enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing, and for those looking for a spot of culture Canterbury is just 7 miles away and is the home of the country’s oldest cathedral and the perfect place to enjoy some history and culture.

Step through the front door of this modern property into the hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off buckets and spades before heading into the welcoming lounge. The lounge is light and airy and offers a choice of two comfy sofas for gathering the family together around the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite programmes. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for all your culinary needs and the dining area which overlooks the garden is the perfect place for a family board game after dinner. Completing the ground floor is the cloakroom with WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find two of the bedrooms: a spacious super-king with and en-suite shower room and a king size bedroom. The family bathroom is also located on this floor. A further set of stairs leads up the 2nd floor which is in the eaves of the property and here you will find a delightful twin room with an en-suite WC.

Patio doors from the dining area lead out into the fully enclosed garden. Enjoy a spot of outside entertaining with a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture or curl up with a good book in the afternoon sun.

Perfect property in a lovely quiet residential area within easy reach of the town and a bus stop. Immaculately clean with everything needed. Very comfortable and spacious.

Great stay here. Amazingly clean ! Very near , few minutes walk,to bus stop for Canterbury and as station only about 15 minutes walk we also visited Rochester and Chatham Historic Docks by train. Bus from Chatham Station to Docks recommended Cottage also near local co op, good fish and chip shop and great pub East Kent that does good meals. A fantastic holiday home. Exceptionally clean & comfortable, show home condition. The best kitted out holiday home we have ever stayed in. Lovely private back garden. Extremely helpful, friendly & responsive management team & owner. It was ideal for our 3 generation holiday. Highly recommend!

Sea breeze is a comfortable, modern home in a quiet and very convenient location. Having a parking space for two cars is very helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Having a garden with good furniture allowed for some lovely summer evenings.

Had a fun stay at Seabreeze 2-9 August 2024. Very well equipped and comfy beds. Fairly close to the beach, which was great for the boys - and we were extremely lucky with the weather. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the information folder was excellent.

Lovely cottage, best equipped I have stayed in. Good quality beds/bedding/towels. I always feel thats an indicator! Best instruction folder as well! Five star instructions Also, nice that some basic items were provided. Very quiet street and location perfect to walk into Whitstable.

The house was immaculately clean and within walking distance to the high street (5-20 mins) and the station (15 mins). The sea is at the end of the high street. Having two car parking spaces is amazing as parking in Whitstable can be difficult on weekends. Kitchen has everything you need and lots of it. Hairdryers, ironing board too. Only downsidesRead more were lack of hangers or drawers, if staying longer than a weekend. And a noisy dog nearby which barked through the nights. Would highly recommend! Hide

We had a wonderful stay at The Seabreeze. It was very comfortable with great amenities and well situated; within easy reach of the beach, train station and high street. We did the walk to Herne Bay and visited Canterbury, Wildwood and Blean woods nature reserve during our stay and ate out at some brilliant restaurants. Great house for a weekend in Whitstable. So clean and very well equipped. Beds so comfortable. Lots of lovely touches. Everything thought of to make us comfortable. In a great position for everywhere. Would definitely recommend. Weather fab so used the garden and its not overlooked. A gold star from all of us!
