Situated in the heart of Whitstable, famous for its oysters which are celebrated every August at the Oyster Festival, this picturesque seaside town is renowned for its culinary heritage, with several local pubs and restaurants just moments from the cottage. Keen cyclists can enjoy a bike ride along the Crab and Winkle Way or ride along the coast to Herne Bay. For walkers, there are many footpaths to explore along the Kent coastline. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, head to nearby Canterbury (7 miles), which is home to the country’s oldest cathedral. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy or visit the ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage Site.
As you enter this cosy cottage, you’ll step inside to the light and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large sliding doors that open out into the courtyard garden. Relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfy sofa and enjoy catching up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV.
