Nearby is the city of Canterbury (7 miles), which is home to the country’s oldest cathedral and the perfect place to enjoy some history and culture.
The front door of this beautiful property opens onto the comfortably furnished lounge that features two sofas arranged around a warming wood burner, a Smart TV and a selection of retro comic books that will take you back to years gone by. From the lounge, head through to the dining room that offers a large dining table with seating for all around a second wood burner, and a piano for guests to enjoy. Beyond the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom which is located just off the kitchen and features a beautiful roll top bath with a shower over, and WC. Heading up to the first floor, there are two large bedrooms: a double and a twin, and a set of steep stairs takes you up into the eaves of the property where you will find a spacious king-size bedroom with a Smart TV.
