Walk along the beach in the other direction and you will find the Seasalter marshes, a natural habitat for birds, and this stretch is also on the Saxon Shore Way, perfect for walkers. And just a 20 minute walk away is The Sportsman, a Michelin star gastropub.

Main Accommodation & Living Area

The loft style, living space consists of a large, open plan, double height living space with a bed/sleeping area that has a quirky turquoise wrought iron double bed which looks out into the living area and the sea beyond! The floors are painted cream and the furniture has a contemporary, modern feel. There is a large corner sofa unit. The beautiful, hand painted dining table seats 6 comfortably and has cool designer chairs. There is a 37in flat screen TV and BluRay and DVD player with surround sound and iPod dock. There is also Wi-Fi broadband. On the mezzanine area there is a glass desk and small sofa-bed looking out over the living space. There is also a wood burning stove (wood not included). Beach 221 has full gas central heating (fuel included) making it perfect as an all year round retreat.


The conservatory kitchen combines quirky design with utility; with fishermans lamps and swimming pool flooring. There is a red Rangemaster electric cooker, washer dryer and compact dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. All crockery and utensils are provided.


The spacious bathroom has a large corner shower and a separate bath, basin and WC. Towels and linen are provided.


There is a large terrace leading from the house directly onto the beach. This is furnished with contemporary rattan furniture and a folding wooden dining table with chairs. To the side of the property is a lovely coastal style garden area that can be used for extra cars if necessary although there is enough space for 2 cars in the outer drive area. There is good space between this and the next house, creating a sense of privacy.
