The cottage is in a superb location, just a stone's throw from the harbour and beach, as well as a short walk to Harbour Street and the High Street with its perfect mix of traditional greengrocers, bakers, butchers and fish shops interspersed with tempting boutique and gift shops, art galleries and delicatessens. There is a lovely beach inspired pebbled garden with wooden furniture (to seat 6-8) which is a lovely sun trap, fun festoon lighting & coal BBQ The owners have lovingly restored & decorated this cottage and have ensured that the furniture and facilities are of a very high standard.

Accommodation

Ground floor: The dining area has a large table and eclectic chairs that can seat up to 6. Just beyond is the lounge area with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and a coffee table. There is an working open fire, Smart TV, Blu-ray and DVD player as well as HiFi system with an iPod dock. There are wooden French doors that lead out into the garden. There is a superbly equipped kitchen: with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The back door from kitchen leads to the garden. The modern and stylish bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, basin, a traditional heated towel rail & plantation shutters. First floor: Three bedrooms, which all have quilts and Feather Pillows. Bedroom 1: to the front with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers & pillow topper mattress. Bedroom 2: to the rear with a king size bed & radio iPod dock, wardrobe and chest of drawers & pillow topper mattress. Bedroom 3 to the rear. Access to bedroom 3 is through bedroom 2.It has a double bed and wardrobe.
